Throw Kindness

Throw Kindness is part of the InglewooDIY Festival!

Using art as a medium, participants (ages 7 and up) explore kindness from a self-compassionate perspective—learning to treat themselves like a good friend. No artistic experience is required, just a willingness to explore creativity.

In this hands-on workshop, participants craft a functional art piece while engaging with STEAM and mindfulness concepts.
