Mindful Makers: Throw Kindness

Ages 7 to 11.

In partnership with the Calgary Public Library, I am hosting a workshop for kids.

Start a chain reaction and throw kindness around like confetti, creating your very own Kindness Canon. Using art as a medium, learn about kindness and self-compassion, and practice treating yourself like a good friend.
