Art Night In: Artful Ways To Alleviate Anxiety

In partnership with the Calgary Public Library, I am hosting a workshop.
A gentle, hands-on workshop that uses creativity as a tool for calming the mind and supporting emotional well-being. Through simple, art-based activities, participants will explore practical techniques for managing worry, stress, and big feelings—no art experience required.
