Creative Explorers: Kind 2 U
Ages 6 to 12
In partnership with the Calgary Public Library, I am hosting a workshop.
Kind 2 U is a fun, artful workshop where kids explore what kindness to themselves can look and feel like. We’ll chat about self-compassion in kid-friendly ways, then turn those ideas into DIY stickers they can stick on a waterbottle as tiny reminders of care.
